More info needed....: How much space is available? How much bone is available? Will you consider orthodontic treatment? Condition of the teeth adjacent to the missing laterals? Without these answers it is hard to give you any advice other than to seek a consultation from a local dentist who can actually see you, examine you, and advise you.

Orthodontist: Seek consultation with an Orthodontist. Depending on MANY other factors, best solution may be to close the space and recontour the teeth to camouflage their ectopic positions, or open the lateral incisor spaces for implant/crown placement. In either case the best result will be achieved if Orthodontist and Restorative Dentist work together.
