R/O preg. See dr: If it is a possibility, please check a first AM urine test for pregnancy you can buy in the store to rule that out about 10-11 days after your missed period for the best yield. If it continues, best to see your physician to rule out other problems, but may be stress-related, hopefully. Irregular periods are common due to anovulatory cycles and hormonal shifts.
