Fairly mild: The side effects of zyban (bupropion) are fairly mild. Most common are a bit of dry mouth, blurry vision or constipation. You may get a little anxious early on. These mostly go away within 2-3 weeks. In high doses, it can cause seizures, though this is fairly rare (i haven't seen a case in 20+ years of using it). It can also, over months time slightly increase blood pressure & heart rate.
