Good chance: If you are having regular cycles and you are sexually active and you are not using any type of contraception you can still get pregnant. It is less likely than in your twenties but still a possibility. Do not presume you can no longer get pregnant until you are menopausal. Up to that point use some type of contraception if you do not want to conceive.
