Weak Muscles: Just as you have adjusted to weak abdominal muscles so far in your life, you will adjust in pregnancy. You may wish to strengthen your back muscles to compensate. Abdominal muscles: None of what you have said is true. Go ahead and do the exercises for the abdominal muscles. The exercises will be different if you are pregnant.
