Yes: Any abnormal seizure-like activities, or loss of control of the limbs, or focal motor, sensory, or neurological deficits need to be evaluated immediately to prevent short-term and long-term complications, morbidities, and mortality. Severe hypoglycemia can present with seizure-like activities, however, causes of persistent hypoglycemia needs to be investigated, such as Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.
