Depends on infection: I'm going to assume that "take in" means you had intercourse and you are concerned about getting pregnant while on medication. It will depend on which medication you are taking, most general antibiotics do not affect a fetus, but there are some that may. Also it depends on the infection. If you are taking contraceptive, many antibiotics decrease their effectiveness. Clarify more to help better
