Normal: Breakthrough bleeding is very common on the first pack of pills. If you started them in the first week of your cycle and have taken them at the same time every day the risk of pregnancy is low but not zero on the first package.

Unlikely: If you started the pills on 1st to 5 the day as directed and have been taking them daily as directed the chances should be less than1%.
