Not related: Mid epigastric abdominal pain, or periumbilical domino pain after eating maybe indicative of acute gastritis or chronic biliary dyskinesis, or pancreatic insufficiency. Intrauterine device should not cause any abdominal pain associated with meals. If you have additional recurrent pain, evaluation, examination, and tests with your physician is indicated.
