Amennorhea: Pregnancy is Certainly the most common cause of a missed period, but assuring you are NOT pregnant, then there are other causes of missing or "not getting" your period. See the GYN Dr. for a thorough evaluation and testing to determine your reason, and most likely the sore nipples is related to the underlying cause. best wishes.
