Depends: Splenic hemangioma as the most common benign spleen condition. However, the condition can also be associated with other systemic condition such as: Klippel-Trénaunay-Weber syndrome, and Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome. Depending on the size of hemangioma, he can cause splenic infarction or rupture, which can cause pain.
