A member asked:

Can a childhood wheat intolerance be outgrown?ate pasta i thought was wheat free and wasn't. i had none of the diarrhea, cramps and bloating

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: It is possible to out grow wheat intolerance as you grow old . Slow desensitization occurs on its own.It may encourage you to eat wheat containing food and hope no allergic reaction takes place , but watch if you get any abdominal discomfort or diarrhea ,then stop taking wheat . for awhile then restart .
