Nausea is common: Nausea is common and may be seen with a wide variety of mild to serious infections, diseases, conditions, and injuries. Nausea which is associated with head injury, bloody stools, or vomiting of blood can be a symptom of a very serious condition and should be immediately evaluated.

Drink fluids: may be virus. Take it slow and drink plenty of fluids as tolerated.

Possibly pregnant?: If you are sexually active and not protected get a pregnancy test. Clear fuids as noted:Force fluids: 8-10 glasses/day: Electrolyte rich fluids- Gatorade, Powerade, Vitamin Water Protein rich fluids: broth bullion, consume. AVOID ALL CITRUS JUICES: orange, grapefruit, pineapple, cranberry etc.
