Very good: Most patients with PCOS respond to hmg. Close monitoring is needed as over response is higher as well.

Failed Femara (letrozole): I'm not sure what you mean by failed. If you have ovulated, you did not conceive, that could be due to incomplete PCOS treatment. If you did not develop follicles, that could be a greater concern. We like to try metformin before resorting to ovulation medications and find that gives the best results.
