May be from Plan B: I am not a Gynecologist, but my understanding is some spotting is normal 1 day after taking Plan B. After all, Plan B is a hormone that causes the lining of the uterus to shed (by shedding the lining, no egg or embryo should be able to implant in utero). However, to be sure you are not pregnant, the best step is a pregnancy test in ~10 days. If the bleeding / spotting persists, see a Gynecologist
