Chance of Pregnancy: Pre cum still has some spermatozoids it only takes one sperm to fertilize the egg. But you as the female also need to be in your fertile period of the month (ovulation). If you were having sex during your period the chances of pregnancy are very little because the uterus is shedding the linning and there is not a good enviroment for implantation and also the egg is not viable.

Hundreds of men: wish this were true. Men with spinal cord injuries can have pre-cum... but it doesn't work for fertilization. Technicaly, the answer is yes, It is very common to have ejaculation after only a few thrusts, in the confusion of the moment, someone might not notice. But without ejaculation the sperm count and sperm function is really bad, fertility is bad, pregnancy risk is pretty much not there.
