Unlikely: You've had at least one period since your unprotected sex. Period = not pregnant. It's also been 18 weeks. I would have expected you to have some other symptoms by now. But rest your mind. Go to a drug store and get a pregnancy test. You've been stewing for 18 weeks! And if by some reason you ARE pregnant, you are way past due seeing an obstetrician! Good luck!

Anovulation: Only a pregancy test will tell you for sure, but the irregular periods mean that you are probably not ovulating regularly. See a doctor and he can treat you with hormones, birth control pills and other medication as indicated. Ther are also hormone tests that might be useful such as thyroid and prolactin. This is very come at your age and your doctor will know how to proceed
