Anovulation: in order to have a period you have to ovulate. Sometimes after a term pregnancy as well it takes several months for your ovaries to start back ovulating. If this goes on for 3 months you need to see a doctor who will do some tests and give you some medications to get started. If you are on a lo wdose pill that could be the problem
