Bloat Yer Boat!: Gas-forming foods, the cruciferous kind like broccoli or cabbage or onions can do it. The lactose in milk and other dairy products can do it. A stomach too full of anything can do it. Or a stomach that won't empty correctly can do it. Or anything you might be sensitive to might do it (maybe even tomatoes). If Beano or Lactaid or or antacids diet adjustment won't help, see your doctor!!
