Ask your doctor: There are different types of immune deficiency and each require a different treatment. Now if you just feel that your system is weak, but all your tests are fine, that is a different situation. You just need to try and avoid coming in contact with people who might make you sick. Alternatively, work in a child care center and get sick with all the viruses they have and you will be immune

Get evaluated!: You would probably benefit from an evaluation with an allergist/immunologist where testing can be performed to determine the strength and function of your immune system. This is easily done with blood work. Once done, certain treatments are available depending on the nature of a patient's immune deficiency or weakened immune response. Hope this helps.
