Depo shot due: 7/30. Had sex 8/18-20 what are my chances of being pregnant?

Doubt pregnancy: Depo really ought to be given every three months but there is a built in "room for error". Try not to miss your shot in the future. Why risk it?! But you are not likely to be pregnant. Go get your shot right away and do a pregnancy test in a couple of weeks to be sure.
