Most likely: Over the counter pregnancy tests have pretty good accuracy rates. However, there is always a small chance of failure. I would suggest to use condoms from now on and once you have your periods, start using birth control pills. If you do not get your period for another month however, please visit your OB doctor to confirm/rule out pregnancy.
