Yes: however it may be too soon to tell. Waiting another 2 weeks might be better, but the tests now are very sensitive and if you are pregnant, it could already be positive.

Preg test: Test for pregnancy on or around the expected date of your period. It is better to do a blood test for beta hcg which is more reliable and sensitive.
