Depression can be: Related to any number of factors. First, talk with your family doctor about your symptoms so that he can rule out other underlying medical issues such as a sleep disorder. If medically cleared, why not make an appointment with a geriatric psychiatrist? You have nothing to loose and potentially a lot to gain.
