What type of report?: Are you referring to an environment tox report, or a clinical one? An environment report lists possible exposures and the concentration in the environment. A clinical report is usually an immunoassay test looking for molecules of certain drugs. Interpreting these should be done by someone who knows the limitations of these tests.
