Sprintec: There does not appear to be any drug interaction between Sprintec and Advil, Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Aleve

Neither: of these will interfere with BCP's. Aleve (naproxen) and aspirin are okay too. Reading labels is the smartest thing to do and double-check. Also, do not take an antacid within 30 minutes before taking, or within an hour afterwards. Also remember to tell a doc that you are on BCP's, some antibiotics, especially, will interfere.with them.

Med interactions: The official package insert does not mention these analgesics as interacting with Sprintec. Take care to be fully aware of Sprintec side effects, such as dvt, bleeding, hormone effects, bp effects.
