Tailbone pain: pain in the coccyx (tailbone) can be caused by significant weight loss - the coccyx relies on padding (fat) in the buttock. With significant weight loss - the coccyx no longer is "riding high" off of chair or bed - causing pain. sitting on a foam "doughnut" pillow can help alleviate this
