Sternal pain: You may have costo-chondritis, which is an inflammation of the cartilage connecting the ribs to the sternum. Ibuprofen should help.warm compresses to the chest mlay also be helpful

Call 911: There are many possible causes for a chest pains like lung problems, muscle pain and gastrointestinal problems. Regardless, chest pain with lots of pressure, hard to breathe is always a red flag and visit to ER is warranted. Call 911
