Yes but: You could conceive any time you have unprotected sex - but it would require much more than two days fro you to become symptomatic from a pregnancy. Do a home pregnancy test about two weeks after having the unprotected sex, if you have conceived it could be positive - repeat the test if you miss your period.

2 days ago: Too soon to tell. Too soon to be symptomatic. The sperm has to travel and meet the egg, the fertilized egg has to travel and be implanted. The implantation has to trigger the development of HCG to develop symptoms. 2 days is not enough time.
