?: Dear, it is impossible to tell based on your description. Many musculoskeletal, skin, or neuropathic conditions can cause these funky, hard to describe pains in different areas. Breast cancer (which is what most would be worried about) seems unlikely but even then, it is impossible to say much without an exam. Visit your doc to get examined and of course, faithfully do your screenings. Best 2U.
