Abdominal pain.: Pain like this is often related to gut activity and is not concerning although it could be early appendicitis, pancreatitis or gall bladder stone. Typically pain associated with those is not described as "stabbing." Pancreas, gall bladder and appendix problems usually get progressively worse. If you develop serious signs or symptoms (fever, chills,persistent and worsening pain) see someone.
