Vaginitis: That type of discharge denotes a vaginal infection. Abdominal discomfort is not usually seen in an uncomplicated vaginal infection and I would be suspicious of pelvic inflammatory process. I recommend that you contact a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment as soon as possible.
