Yes, it has happened: While semen if often milky white, it can also be colorless to cause pregnancy. If in doubt about fertility, a simple semen analysis would provide. the answer. Good luck:)

Color: Or lack of color doesn't affect fertility. The color reflects amount of protien , fructose and other components. It does not indicate amount or quality of sperm. You can still father a child with "clear" sperm.
