A member asked:

Why does it feel like i can push air out of my vagina right before my period? is this normal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Air: Some women actually can trap air in the vagina and when it is released on its own, thru sex or by your own control it makes a sound similar to passing gas. In the urban dictionary this is called a queef. Otherwise thru your cycle you may have more vaginal engorgement, which may feel different that before you ovulate.
