Tic?: Could be a tic...like seen in a number of disorders. Tourette syndrome is one of the most common, but symptoms should have started long before age 18 if you had that. Some medications can have side effects with abnormal movements, called tardive dyskinesia. There are other disorders which can cause it, of course. You might need to see a neurologist if the cause isn't obvious.
