No: While both conditions can present with pink-red flaky skin, they are quite different diseases. Dandruff is a common benign skin condition thought to be caused by oil over-production and irritation from yeast. Psoriasis is an inflammatory condition that can run in families, and can affect more than just the skin (e.g. Joints/arthritis).
