Unknown: Plan B has known side effect of changing menstrual cycles within the months following use. For some it results in earlier cycles with prolonged bleeding. For a small percentage of individuals, plan B resulted in the late arrival of cycles, up to one week later than expected. Now two weeks late, it might make sense to either wait and repeat pregnancy test or see Dr. for in office pregnancy test.
