See a doctor ASAP: You should at least repeat the pregnancy test and see your doctor or go to an ED for serum testing and get a pelvic ultrasound. Do not waste time, it could be a serious condition

See a GYN: These kind of complaints require a thorough exam and consultation by a Gynecologist. I suggest that in the mean time you do a home pregnancy test.
