Hi, i am a student of 22. i ave back pain for the last 6 7 months.. and doctor examined that it is discitis.. is it curable?

Back pain: I am curious to know how this diagnosis was made. Did the Dr. do any blood tests, Imaging? What did they tell you about the blood testi results? Were antibiotics prescribed for you to take? If you're not already doing so you need to be monitored through regular blood testing and being on antibiotics if indeed this is the correct diagnosis. The normal course may be about 6-8 weeks of antibiotics.

Discitis: is not a condition. Back pain may be due to lumbar disk (unlikely in young people, at most 10% of back pain is disk disease; lower in younger).
