Have it seen...: There are many reasons for an itchy rash and it is impossible to diagnose it without having it seen. Make an appointment with you doctor for an official diagnosis - they will recommend appropriate treatment if any is needed.

Uncertain: If these are red itchy dots on the skin,then possibly. Lice eggs appear white and typically are on clothing. Often rash over the hairy body regions. You should have this checked with your primary care doctor to make sure. A magnifying glass may be required to actually see the eggs on clothing and/or lice. Others: dermatitis, skin irritation, other bugs.
