Very unlikely: Unless you had vaginal penetration prior to putting on the condom there is no chance that the symptoms you have are related to pregnancy due to this sexual encounter. Most likely these are premenstrual. Having a cold can affect your menstrual cycle as well. You may have early or delayed onset of bleeding. Assuming no other sexual encounters this cycle.
