Don't do that: Mixing energy drinks and Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is not a good idea. Your symptoms should go away once the drinks wear off, but don't mix them again. If you develop chest pain or trouble breathing, go to the ER. Hope this helps!

Bad combination: Mixed amphetamine salts (Adderall) generally should not be mixed with that much caffeine. The amount of stimulants that the brain receives can be too much. If the dizziness and nausea persist you should be seen at the ER. If you have a problem with overuse or abuse of stimulants please seek help from a physician knowledgeable in addictions.

STOP !!: An excessive amount of caffeine and stimulants can, and have lead to abnormal and fatal heart beats and rhythms. People have died from too much stimulation like you are describing. I would recommend drinking water to avoid dehydration that occurs from the excessive urination. Relax and stay calm. If the symptoms do not resolve, you may need to visit an urgent care or ER.

Over stimulation: the combination of the caffeine from the energy drinks and he adderal, both stimulants cold be causing overstimulation of the nervous system. I would not suggest the use of the two together as this could result in more serious side effects.

Call 911: If you don't have a sober friend who can take you. These are very serious side effects and you need to be taken to an ER to have a full medical work up. Hope this helps. Do it now.

5 hour energy?: If its 5 hour energy I suggest you go to the hospital and have them check you out. 5 hour energy has about 200 215 mg of caffeine when tested. Thats about the same as a tall starbucks coffee. Amphetamine plus caffeine can make you quite ill as can large doses of Niacin. There have been at least a dozen deaths due to 5 hour energy in addition to epileptic seizures thought to be caused by over use
