Lower abdominal pain: At your age the most likely thing would be an ovarian cyst, but you also have fibroids which could be a factor. If you are pregnant, you need to get checked. Other possibilities include kidney stone or some type of bowel problem.

ER: you could have multiple pelvic issues and should be evaluated in the ER. You will need a CTscan of your abdomen and pelvis. 1 week is just too long.

Could of things: Left lower abdominal pain is usually either due to a bowel issue, an ovarian issue or less likely a kidney stone that is in the left ureter. An ovarian cyst can cause this type of pain. However, if it doesn't go away soon or seems severe, you should get evaluated. That's the important point.
