A member asked:

What is a good pain pill i can take daily for chronic migraine disorder that will not make it rebound i'mon cambia but it should not be taken daily. ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Options: For chronic migraine sufferers, we use medications to keep down the number of headaches, called prophylactic medication versus a med to relieve the pain once there, abortive medication. Prophylactic meds to keep the frequency down are Inderal, (propranolol) Pamelor, Topomax and depakote. A supplement some try is butterbur. Ask your doctor which may best fit your situation.
