Many: Both medications have acetaminophen, combiflam hasw advil, (ibuprofen) and crocin has caffeine. Each of those can have side effects. Acetaminophen can injure your liver and Advil (ibuprofen) can harm your kidneys and stomach. Quit medicating your self and see a doctor
