Depends: According to an ideal weight table a male 5 feet 9 inches can weigh from 136 to 169. A 6 foot male can weigh 148 to 184. As you see there is a lot of variability. Note these weights do not take into account bone mass and muscle. I would go to a Doctor who has a device to measure fat percentage. Males with a body fat percentage of 12 to 20 percent are generally healthy. I hope this helps.
