Bleeding: You can try taking an over the counter pregnancy test, though it is still a bit early (so the results are not very precise). If you are bleeding a lot, then it is possible you either are getting your period or possibly miscarried very early (so called 'chemical pregnancy'). It would still be early for implantation, but anything is possible. Call your OBGYN and discuss with him/her.
