Could be a cyst: Cysts under and around the eye are common and not serious. Watch it for pain, redness, and swelling. These could be signs of infection. If it is a cyst it could reabsorb on its own or you may have to go see your doctor about having it removed.

See doctor: A persistent lesion with skin change could possibly be an early cancer, so please see your doctor. He or she might recommend a biopsy or dermatologist consultation if the appearance is concerning, or may be able to reassure you if there is nothing to worry about.
