Get a pregnancy test: I'm not aware of any studies on this; however, in my experience women's dreams about pregnancy are frequently correct. I've seen quite a few women who correctly dream that they are pregnant and also correctly dream the gender of the baby before it can be identified by u/s. If you are not pregnant, it may represent a deep desire that expresses itself in dreams. Best wishes!
