Hearing loss: Every time you hear ringing in your ears, it is a sign of the hair cells, the nerve endings in your ear that receive soundwaves and interpret them into sound/hearing are dying. All of us experience this, but if you are already experiencing hearing loss at 28, you should protect your ears at night clubs and concerts with ear plugs, and see an Ear/Nose/Throat doctor if there is concern
